Rolling Delete for Sandboxes

We are on the 5m message plan but run into failed tests when our sandbox inbox hits the 1k message limit. This means someone has to go in there to clear the box and rerun the tests, costing cycle time.

Rolling delete - once the inbox hits the 1k every new message deletes the oldest in the box.

Set message expiration is another option. Set on the inbox, after x period messages expire and are deleted.
